Due to the work and cost involved in custom making jewelry, we cannot accept returns on custom items or stock rings which are made to order in your finger size.  While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, these sales are final.  On other in stock merchandise on our website we have a 30 day return policy for items returned in new condition and we do accept exchanges within that time period.

Please allow 4-6 weeks production time on items that are made to order. This includes any custom item as well as stock rings (made in your finger size) and any item online which is listed online as an 'out of stock item’.
